Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges.

Before completing your purchase, customers are required to review and confirm all order details, including size, style, quantity, and shipping information. Because of this, we are unable to accept exchange requests due to incorrect selections made at checkout.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement.

After this time, your order may already be in processing or prepared for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

  • A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

After this period, the order will be considered accepted and no refund will be issued.


Eligible Cases for Refund

We accept returns and offer full refunds in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The product received is different from what was ordered
  • Incorrect size, material, or design compared to your order
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product does not match its original description
  • The item does not fit or you no longer wish to keep it

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Remain in original condition
  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Not be altered or modified in any way

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Required Proof for Refund

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order confirmation or proof of purchase
  • Shipping receipt or label
  • Photos of the received product
  • Any relevant email communication

How to Request a Return

  2. Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address
  4. Carefully package the item and send it using a trackable shipping service
  5. Provide us with the tracking number or proof of shipment

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. These costs are non-refundable.


Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Once we receive your returned package, we will notify you via email and process a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Please check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • You may also contact your bank or card provider for more information about their processing times.

  • Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds after this period.
  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged and shipped. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
  • Please contact our Support Team before initiating a return. This allows us to provide the correct return instructions and ensure your request is properly processed.
  • Returns sent without prior confirmation from our Support Team may not be accepted.
