During this time, your items are carefully prepared and packed. If there are any unexpected delays, our team will notify you via email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

- At this time, we are unable to deliver orders to U.S. military bases. We appreciate your understanding.
- Please note that each order can only be shipped to a single address. We do not support splitting shipments to multiple addresses within one order.

Taxes

Shipping Delays & Issues
If your package has not arrived within 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
If your order is delayed or you have concerns about delivery:

- Check your surroundings (mailbox, front door, neighbors) in case the package was delivered nearby

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may offer a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address if the shipping information provided at checkout was inaccurate.
