Order Cancellation & Change Policy

At Prichet's Shoe Service, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed. This policy explains the conditions, time limits, and procedures for requesting order cancellations or changes.

Our goal is to provide a transparent and flexible experience while ensuring orders are processed and shipped efficiently.

Cancellation & Change Request Window

Customers may request to cancel or modify an order within 6 hours of placing the order.

Requests submitted within the 6-hour window will be reviewed and processed without any cancellation or modification fees.

After the 6-hour period has passed, orders may already be in processing, packaging, or shipping preparation stages and may no longer be eligible for cancellation or changes.

No Cancellation or Modification Fees

Prichet's Shoe Service does not charge:

  • Cancellation fees

  • Order modification fees

  • Administrative processing fees for approved requests

Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Changes That Can Be Requested

Customers may request updates to the following order details within the allowed timeframe:

  • Shipping address

  • Recipient name

  • Contact information

  • Product size

  • Product color or variation

  • Quantity adjustments

All requested changes are subject to product availability and order processing status.

Orders That Cannot Be Changed or Canceled

An order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification if:

  • The order has already been shipped

  • The package has been handed to the carrier

  • Shipping labels have already been generated and finalized

  • The requested replacement item is unavailable

  • The request is submitted after the 6-hour window

If a request cannot be completed, customers may still refer to our Return & Refund Policy after delivery, if applicable.

How To Request A Cancellation Or Change

To request an order cancellation or modification, customers should contact our support team as soon as possible and provide:

  • Order number

  • Full name used for the order

  • Description of the requested change or cancellation

Refund Processing For Canceled Orders

Approved cancellation refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days from the date the cancellation request is approved. 

Important Information

Submitting a cancellation or modification request does not guarantee approval. Requests are processed based on order status and timing at the moment the request is reviewed.
