Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: You can expect your order to arrive within 4 to 6 business days. This includes 1 business day for handling and 3 to 5 business days for carrier transit.

Q: Do you charge for shipping?
A: No, Pritchet's Shoe Services offers free standard shipping on all eligible orders within the United States. There are no hidden handling fees at checkout.

Q: Where do you ship to? Do you offer international shipping?
A: We currently ship within the United States only. Please note that we do not ship to international destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or APO/FPO addresses.

Q: How can I track my package?
A: Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to check your shipment's progress directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Order Modifications & Returns

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Yes, but only within 6 hours of placing it. After 6 hours or once the order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Q: Are there any cancellation or restocking fees?
A: No. Pritchet's Shoe Services does not charge any restocking, cancellation, or hidden fees. You will get a full refund.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: If you just changed your mind, yes, you cover the cost. If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, we will pay for the return shipping.

Q: Can I exchange my item for a different size?
A: Yes! We support direct product exchanges for a different size, color, or variation within our 30-day window. Just contact our support team with your order number and the details of the item you want instead.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and major credit or debit cards.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology, and we do not store your full card details or security codes on our servers.

Q: Do you sell my personal information to third parties?
A: No, Pritchet's Shoe Services does not sell your personal information. We only share data with trusted partners (like payment processors and shipping carriers) to fulfill your order.
